Our reports also include a site plan and photographs of each property to provide detail and evidence our findings.

Our extensive experience of working with local authorities means we are familiar with the CIPFA Code of Practice for Local Authority Accounting requirements that need to be met, and all valuations will be produced in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). All valuation reports on the individual properties concerned follow a set format, which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation.
Given appropriate notice, we are also able to complete asset valuations within tight timescales or to meet a specified deadline date.
