Depending on the scale of the site Lea Hough can either lead planning applications or work as part of a wider team of consultants advising on them.
Within the team environment, Lea Hough will provide commercial development advice, asking the necessary questions to ensure any application will not only receive consent, but will also be attractive to purchasers and thereby delivering value through each step of the development process.
Where the Lea Hough Planning and Development team are leading a project, usually on smaller developments for residential schemes or commercial buildings, we will undertake the planning elements, preparing plans and design drawings, providing requisite statements whilst liaising and managing other consultants involved to subsequently submit applications and then follow them through any negotiations to approval.
