A Valuation Assessment is often prepared for private clients directly, for mortgage purposes on behalf of a Bank or Building Society, to establish a property’s true value.
Our Chartered Valuation Surveyors will inspect a house and provide a Valuation Report to advise if the price of the property represents value for money in the current market.
We will be able to give a purchaser peace of mind that the price of the house represents good value, or alternatively advise if the property is over-priced and expensive, allowing a purchaser to make an informed choice before proceeding.
All of our Valuation Assessments are undertaken by our Chartered Valuation Surveyors, who are all also RICS Registered Valuers.
Is this survey for me?
This Report is focussed on confirming a valuation of a house price in the current market – it is not an in-depth survey or a detailed report relating to the condition of the property. It does however take into consideration any major defects and their effect on value. If significant defects are apparent, you would be advised to undertake a more in depth survey and report.
