2024 has started on a very positive note for Lea Hough, as we have welcomed four new starters to our team.
Here we introduce the four new team members and explain their respective roles within the firm.
James Hadcroft is a Trainee Building Surveyor, which is undertaking a degree apprentice route, and is studying for a degree in Building Surveying at Salford University. James had already successfully completed a HNC in Construction and the Built Environment last year, prior to joining the firm. James is based at our Blackburn office, where he works within the Building Surveying team.
James is working across a variety of different aspects of Building Surveying to gain a good understanding across a broad range of areas. His eventual aim is to follow the firm’s structured training programme to become a Chartered Building Surveyor, with the support and guidance from his colleagues at Lea Hough.
The firm’s Valuation team has been bolstered by the appointment of William Kay, who joins us a Graduate Commercial Valuation Surveyor.
William completed a degree in Real Estate and Property Management at Leeds Beckett University last summer. He is working alongside our Chartered Valuation Surveyors at our Buckshaw office, where he is undertaking commercial valuation surveys and asset valuations.
Supported by our team, William will initially work towards gaining his AssocRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status, before then continuing towards the MRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor qualification.
We are also delighted that our firm’s administration team has grown with the appointment of two experienced Office Administrators, Dawn Timson and Liz Pike.
Both Dawn and Liz will coordinate all activities for Chartered Surveyor colleagues in the Survey & Valuation team, to ensure a smooth and efficient process throughout the delivery of our range of services.
We are very pleased to welcome the four new recruits to the Lea Hough team. Having spent time to find individuals with the right skills to assist our clients, we are now looking forward to guiding and helping James, William, Dawn and Liz to achieve their career goals with us.
