Role involves:

Dawn supports Chartered Surveyor colleagues with all aspects of office administration tasks at our Buckshaw office.

Typically, this involves liaising with clients in relation to new enquiries, guiding clients on the types of surveys available, providing fee quotes, and confirming instructions, etc.

As well as this, Dawn also arranges appointments for surveyors, coordinates property inspections, prepares survey reports and issues them to clients once they have been completed.

Dawn has a client-focussed approach, and supports our customers every step of the way, from their initial contact, through to delivery of our survey report.

Dawn also has an important role in coordinating all activities for Chartered Surveyor colleagues, to ensure a smooth and efficient process throughout in terms of delivery of Valuations Reports, Level 2 Home Survey Reports, Building Survey Reports, and Commercial Property Valuations.

Additionally, Dawn supports colleagues with other activities to help to drive the business forward.

Career overview:

Prior to joining Lea Hough, Dawn has previously worked within financial services as an Account Manager, helping clients choose the most appropriate services, guiding and supporting them through their journey.

Since joining Lea Hough in 2023, Dawn now continues to guide and support our clients.

When not in work:

Dawn enjoys spending time with her young son, fiancé, family and friends. She enjoys walking her dogs, running and camping holidays. Dawn is also deeply passionate about yoga, health and wellness.
