Congratulations are in order for Warren Hirst, who recently passed his AssocRICS assessment and has become an RICS Registered Valuer.
Since joining Lea Hough, Warren has been studying hard for his professional qualifications alongside his day-to-day work. Having successfully passed his AssocRICS assessment, Warren has automatically achieved RICS Registered Valuer status. To qualify as an RICS Registered Valuer he was required to demonstrate his skills, knowledge and level of competency, which is a requirement of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Warren Hirst joined our Survey & Valuation team in June 2023. His workload includes carries out residential property inspections for a range of clients to produce Valuation Reports, Homebuyer Reports and Building Survey Reports.
Warren’s success means that we now have another qualified member of our Valuation and Surveying Team at Lea Hough.

Lea Hough has an RICS approved Structured Training Plan and we offer full support in training for Graduate Surveyors who are working towards their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), to become AssocRICS, MRICS Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers.
In addition, Lea Hough are also able to offer mock APC interviews for APC candidates from other firms who are about to sit their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. This is something that assists younger surveyors in the industry, helping them to achieve their MRCIS qualification.
