    Calling part-qualified / graduate Building Surveyors, with experience, who wish to become MRICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyors.

    • Are you a part-qualified Building Surveyor, who feels underwhelmed with your APC support/training at your current firm?
    • Have you graduated and got experience but you’re not progressing towards MRICS status as fast as you would like?
    • Are you not being given the correct variety of experience to aid your APC progress?
    • Do you have gaps in your experience, which are preventing you from achieving Levels 2 & 3 at APC?
    • Are your Supervisor/Counsellor colleague unfamiliar with APC processes and pathways, and unable to assist with your APC?
    • Are your colleagues not assisting you with mock APC interviews?
    • Are you not being given enough responsibility and exposure to projects that will form the basis for a good Critical Analys / Case Study project?
    • Have you been unsuccessful at your first APC attempt and need more guidance to re-sit the Fianl Assessment, and achieve the MRICS letters?
