Candidates should possess the following qualities: strong work ethic, good communication skills and a high standard of written English and a desire to progress. Local knowledge of the Lancashire/North West region would also be advantageous.
About the Role
As a Graduate Surveyor, you would work with our experienced team to provide a full range of professional Building Surveying services including specification of works, project management, contract administration, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, dilapidations, party wall matters, etc. This would enable you to gain a full range of experience that will assist you in your goal of becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor and, in doing so, you would become a great asset to our company.
Graduates will benefit from exposure to an excellent range and variety of experience, as well as being fast-tracked and trained-up to become MRICS Charted Building Surveyors.
