Graduate Building Surveyor Opportunities

Lea Hough are looking for driven, enthusiastic Building Surveying Graduates that are looking to take their next step into employment as Graduate Building Surveyors.

We are seeking high calibre candidates, who wish to gain a fabulous range of experience, and progress to become Chartered in our thriving private practice consultancy. Candidates should possess the following qualities: strong work ethic, good communication skills and a high standard of written English and a desire to progress. Local knowledge of the Lancashire/North West region would also be advantageous.

About the Role

As a Graduate Surveyor, you would work with our experienced team to provide a full range of professional Building Surveying services including specification of works, project management, contract administration, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, dilapidations, party wall matters, etc. This would enable you to gain a full range of experience that will assist you in your goal of becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor and, in doing so, you would become a great asset to our company.

Graduates will benefit from exposure to an excellent range and variety of experience, as well as being fast-tracked and trained-up to become MRICS Charted Building Surveyors.

We are a multi-discipline independent firm with a team of over twenty staff. Our core disciplines include Building Surveying, Valuation Surveying, Planning and Land Development, Architectural Design and Project Management.
