Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors has been appointed to provide a comprehensive range of professional services throughout the pre-construction phase of the project. Our involvement to date includes:
- Resubmission of Planning Application Drawings
Updating and refining the design to improve the overall scheme, and to respond to planning feedback. - Resubmission of Drainage Strategy
Working alongside specialist consultants to ensure the drainage design meets regulatory and site-specific requirements. - Preparation of Specification / Employer’s Requirements
Producing detailed documentation to clearly define the project scope, quality standards, and contractor obligations. - Employer’s Agent Role (JCT Design & Build Contract)
Acting on behalf of the client to administer the contract, coordinate stakeholders, and safeguard project delivery. - Tender Process Management
Overseeing the tender process, including issuing documentation, managing queries, and ensuring a competitive and transparent procurement route. - Tender Return Analysis and Reporting
Reviewing submitted tenders and providing clear, professional advice to support informed decision-making.

The project is currently pending final approval, with the scheme ready to go.
