Lea Hough has been working as Employer’s Agent on a terrace of new-build units at Moon Court, Nelson.
The development has been handed-over in early 2022, having reached Practical Completion stage.
The nine units are starter units are all circa 1,000 square foot each.
All units are single storey, with cladded elevations and shutters doors to the front elevations. All are connected to mains services and drains.
There is a large forecourt and parking area to the front of the buildings, within a secure, gated yard, along with landscaped areas.
The developer is Pendle Projects Limited, and all units have been sold to property investors and owner occupiers.
Our role as Employer’s Agent has involved overseeing the contract between the developer and the appointed contractor.
