Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors began as a small practice, offering surveying services to clients in the local area. Over the years, the business has grown to become one of the most respected firms of Chartered Surveyors in the North West, with clients across Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester and beyond.
The firm has expanded its services over the years has grown and adapted to meet the changing needs of its clients.
The firm now has two large offices in Lancashire, as well as 3 further satellite offices across other parts of the North West, including in North Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Our long-standing commitment to Lancashire also extends to our team – many of whom have been born and bred in the county. In addition to having the largest number of Chartered Surveyors we have ever had, we are also extremely proud of our track record of nurturing talent. Our training programme for Chartered Surveyors has been endorsed by the RICS and as we mark 40 years of business, we welcome our new cohort of a Valuation Surveyor and a year out Building Surveyor placement student, each of whom we will help along the way to hopefully becoming Chartered.
Our services have expanded from residential property inspections and condition and valuation reports to include planning and project management, a full range of inspections and advice for commercial properties and expert witness services. Over recent years, our team have gained an excellent reputation in the education sector and have developed a specialism in helping schools attain funding for improvement and upgrade projects.
