During the summer of 2016, Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors successfully managed an extensive number of building projects at schools and academies.
We secured funding on behalf of the clients, with much of the funding obtained via the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF).
The projects includes: flat roof replacements, re-roofing of pitched roofs, new fire alarm installation, window replacements, science laboratory refurbishments, toilet refurbishments, classroom refurbishments, dining hall extension and safeguarding improvements.
All projects have been completed to the clients’ satisfaction, on budget and handed-over on programme.
Lea Hough have a vast amount of experience in preparing and submitting CIF funding bids to the EFA which has resulted in us securing funding for a large number of academy schools year on year. In addition to securing funding we have also acted as lead consultant, having designed, specified tendered and project-managed the contracts through to completion.
