Originally from Bolton, Rob brings valuable local knowledge of the area’s property market. He has already hit the ground running, undertaking a range of survey and valuation instructions across Bolton and the surrounding areas.
Recent work carried out by Rob includes:
- Egerton – Level 2 Home Survey on a 1930’s semi-detached house for a prospective purchaser
- Edgworth – Level 3 Building Survey Report on a Victorian terraced house for a first-time buyer
- Chorley New Road, Bolton – Specific Defect Inspection Report relating to dampness and roofing issues
- Westhoughton – Valuation of a detached property for probate purposes, following referral from a local solicitor
