Role involves:

Having gained a vast amount of experience working within the Commercial sector, Elliot’s role comprises acting on behalf of Landlord and Tenant relating to Dilapidations, producing Schedules of Condition to be appended to a lease and acting as Principal Designer and Contract Administrator on projects of various sizes and building types.

Having worked predominantly in the Commercial sector, Elliot holds a firm knowledge on professional work such as dilapidations and schedules of condition relating to various types of property. Working within the Commercial sector has enabled Elliot to develop his knowledge around Design & Specification and Contract Administration to help deliver successful construction projects.

Career overview:

Elliot joined Lea Hough in 2025 after spending over three years at a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Manchester as a Building Surveyor.

Elliot is working towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor, via the RICS’s Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) route, with support and guidance from his colleagues at Lea Hough Charted Surveyors. Elliot is following the firm’s Structured Training Plan.

When not in work:

In his downtime away from work, Elliot enjoys spending time with family and friends and regularly attends games watching his favourite football club, Manchester United.
