Project Overview:
Pickering’s Farm is the largest strategic allocation in South Ribble, providing for at least 1300 houses and ancillary development during the Plan Period.

Lea Hough Role:
Lea Hough advise the Homes and Communities Agency with regards their significant land holdings within the allocation. We lead negotiations with Taylor Wimpey with a view to the parties collaborating successfully to enable the early delivery of the site.

The site is a complex development opportunity and Lea Hough will advise on property matters in relation to planning and infrastructure delivery, but our role will also involve interaction with other key stakeholders, including South Ribble BC, Lancashire County Council, the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership, Network Rail, National Grid, local residents and third party landowners.

Project Outcome:
The negotiations are continuing with all stakeholders and strong progress is being made towards the agreement of terms to enable the comprehensive development of all the land.
