Extremely varied workload for an excellent mix of work and clients, particularly in the commercial and educational sectors.

We really do cover a the full range of commercial Building Surveying services, so we can offer huge variety of workload for a range of client sectors. Our main Building Surveying services include design / architectural drawings; specification & tendering; project management; surveys and report writing; dilapidations; party walls; schedules of condition, expert reports, development monitoring, conservation, etc.

Experience in these areas would advantageous but is not necessarily essential. Technical ability, conscientiousness and positive attitude is essential.

CV’s are also welcomed from graduates and APC level surveyors. We offer APC support via our RICS Structured Training Programme and we can assist surveyors in gaining MRICS qualification.
