We are delighted to shine a spotlight on Tom Sutton, who was recently promoted to Associate Partner at Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors.
Background
Tom, who initially joined the firm as a Graduate Surveyor, has proven to be an invaluable member of the Lea Hough team. Working hard to become Chartered during his initial years with the firm, Tom has emerged as a highly accomplished Chartered Valuation Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
Recent Project Highlight
Since joining Lea Hough in 2016, Tom has worked on numerous notable projects, showcasing his skills and expertise. One of his most memorable projects was his involvement in undertaking a pre-acquisition Building Survey Report on a Grade II* listed building dating back to the 17th century. His meticulous attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of historic buildings were instrumental in providing valuable insights into the property’s condition.
Favourite Building
Tom’s favourite building is none other than the One World Trade Center in New York. This iconic structure is the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, New York City.
Areas of Focus
Tom lives over Preston / Leyland way and has in depth knowledge of the Lancashire/North West property market.
When he’s not in work…
Outside of work, Tom enjoys a variety of activities. He is an ardent fan of football, supporting his beloved Blackburn Rovers. In addition to football, Tom finds solace in fishing, which allows him to unwind and connect with nature. He is also a keen traveller and likes exploring different cultures and experiencing new adventures around the world. Tom has a passion for food which extends to cooking. He enjoys creating delectable dishes that bring family and friends together.
