Lea Hough have been appointed by a borough council in Lancashire, who wish to undertake a feasibility exercise and assess the redevelopment of a large town centre site.
The initial role is for our Architectural Technicians to prepare proposed site layout drawings for a number of new buildings, roads and car parks, to demonstrate how the site could be redeveloped.
If the project ultimately goes ahead, it will involve the demolition of existing buildings, complete site clearance, Planning Permission and complete change-of-use & redevelopment of the prominent site.
Our Chartered Building Surveyors and Architectural Technicians will arrange topographical surveys, prepare existing site layout drawings and then prepare proposed drawings for the site layout, including new commercial units and retail premises for consideration by the Local Authority.
