Lea Hough has expanded again with the appointment of Thomas Sutton as a Graduate Surveyor.
Thomas will join the Survey and Valuation team and will carry out Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Survey Reports of both residential and commercial properties.
Having graduated from Salford University with a first class degree in Building Surveying, Thomas is now continuing his career to become a Chartered Valuation Surveyor through the firm’s RICS approved graduate training programme.

Thomas is the fourth recruit we’ve had in the last two years and he is another graduate to go through our RICS approved training programme – we are keen to make sure we bolster our team at all levels with a complimentary mix of skills and experience and with our sights firmly set on the future.”
Prior to working at Lea Hough, whilst studying for his degree, Thomas worked as a Design Consultant, designing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms for several years.
