Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors was established over 35 years ago to provide professional property advice to clients in Lancashire and the surrounding areas.

Due to our location, and now with offices in Lancaster, Preston and Blackburn, we are ideally placed to service commercial clients, property purchasers, private land owners, organisations and schools throughout the Lake District.

Lea Hough have been working within the education sector for a number of years and have established a strong reputation for acting as School Building Consultants to schools throughout the North West of England. In particular, we are frequently appointed by academy schools, free schools, small Multi Academy Trusts and sixth form colleges to assist in the preparation and submission of CIF bids. Outside of this, we can advise schools on all other sources of funding, including SCA, DFC, SALIX, SEEF andUrgent Capital Support.

We act as consultant to schools in Carlisle CE Diocese towns such as Langdale, Grasmere and Keswick.

The nature of the Lake District and its countryside means that many of the private clients we work with in the area are located more rurally.
