Lea Hough are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Building Surveying student seeking a year-out placement opportunity. We are keen to appoint a high calibre candidate, who wishes to gain a fabulous range of experience, whilst taking the first step into employment with the hope of progressing to Chartered status through the APC training programme.
We are seeking a Lancashire-based student who will be able to work at our office in Blackburn and travel to jobs across the region.
About the Role
As a placement student you would work with our experienced team to provide a full range of professional Building Surveying services. This will include:
- Specification
- Tendering
- Project management
- Contract administration
- Condition survey inspections
- Defect diagnosis
- CDM Regulations
