Rob is a member of our Survey & Valuations team.
He is a qualified AssocRICS Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
With significant experience in dealing with residential property, he undertakes property inspections and prepares Valuation Reports, RICS Level 2 Home Surveys (Homebuyer Reports), and Building Survey Reports (Level 3 Reports). Rob is typically instructed by prospective buyers of houses and residential property, as well as a variety of other clients for property related matters.

Area of expertise:
Rob has worked across the North of England, undertaking hundreds of building surveys on a wide variety of residential properties. His knowledge and experience provides a solid basis to provide high-quality condition survey reports on residential property.
Rob also undertakes valuations, taking into account the condition of the buildings he visits, as well as the local property market.
Career overview:
Prior to joining Lea Hough in 2025, Rob previously worked for a small family firm of surveyors within the Blackburn area where he learned his trade as a Residential Surveyor from the beginning of his studies. Here, he built up an excellent reputation amongst clients for his services. Rob qualified through the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation, which is an RICS-approved specialist course.
When not in work:
Rob is a very keen runner and competes for his local athletic club in Bolton, where he lives.
