We are delighted to announce that two new team members have been appointed over the summer, bolstering our team across several of our key service areas. Warren Hirst has joined us as a Building Surveyor & Valuer, bringing a wealth of experience from a decade in the property sector. In addition, Mattie Holden has taken up a position as an Assistant Building Surveyor to assist our teams and gain experience as part of his Building Surveying degree.
The two new team members join us following a sustained period of organic growth for the firm.
Warren Hirst joined our Survey & Valuation team in June 2023. Warren carries out residential property inspections for a range of clients to produce Valuation Reports, Homebuyer Reports and Building Survey Reports.
Mattie Holden has joined us as an Assistant Building Surveyor whilst on his placement year whilst studying for a Building Surveying degree. During his time with us, Mattie will be focussing on commercial property and school work; undertaking site inspections to monitor the progress of ongoing construction projects, and condition assessments of existing buildings. Alongside this, Mattie will gain a variety of experience by undertaking many different aspects of Building Surveying, for a mix of different clients and property types.
