It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our friend and former Partner, Tony Lea.

Tony started with the practice over 25 years ago, establishing it as a family business by joining his father, founding partner Bernard Lea. Tony was a key part of our valuation department, building up the survey team across the Preston area and working for a wide variety of clients across the region.

As a Preston man through and through, he was season ticket holder at Preston North End, whilst he also enjoyed rockabilly music and all things historic, particularly castles and associated trivia.

He enjoyed the respect of colleagues and clients alike and will be sadly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and children.
