We are delighted that the RICS has confirmed that Thomas Sutton has successfully achieved AssocRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status.
Thomas joined the practice as a Graduate Surveyor in August 2016, having completed a degree in Building Surveying at the University of Salford.
Since joining the firm, Thomas has been working towards his professional qualifications, following our RICS approved Structured Training Plan. Having completed over twelve months experience, Thomas was eligible to go forward for the AssocRICS assessment in his chosen pathway of Valuation. By demonstrating his skills, knowledge and level of competency he has been successful in this assessment and is now an Associate member of the RICS and an RICS Registered Valuer.
He is a qualified member of the Valuation and Surveying team at Lea Hough and his workload includes a range of services including:
Thomas will continue with his professional experience and his next aim is to become and MRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor, which will involve another Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) following a further years’ experience.
Lea Hough has an RICS approved Structured Training Plan and we offer full support in training for Graduate Surveyors who are working towards their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), to become AssocRICS, MRICS Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers.
Besides being fantastic news for him personally, Thomas’ career development is great news for the firm as we continue to grow and move forward!
