Our Survey and Valuation Team this week received a visit from an auditor on behalf of a longstanding client who instructs us to undertake Valuation Surveys.

The regular client is a Panel Manager who acts nationwide on behalf of various well known mortgage lenders.

During the thorough audit, Lea Hough’s processes and documentation were reviewed against the client’s criteria and lenders’ requirements. The audit covered issues such as: the quality of our valuation reports, comparable evidence of market valuations, detailed site notes, health and safety, financial diligence, equipment checks, policies and procedures etc.

The overall aims of the audit are to ensure that high quality standards of report writing are being maintained and to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered. The audit also ensures that we achieve a high level of consistency amongst our Chartered RICS Valuation Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers.

We are pleased to confirm that we scored 100% in the audit!

This secures our position on this panel and we look forward to continuing to work with our key client.
