The Schedule of Condition provides the Tenant with a detailed record of the condition of the property at the outset of the term, with extensive photographs and descriptions to record pre-existing disrepair, meaning that our client will not inherit dilapidations liability for such pre-existing disrepair when they became the Tenant.
