Our team at Lea Hough are on a roll! We have been appointed by Cavalier Carpets to re-organise their office layout and undertake a fit-out project at their manufacturing headquarters in Blackburn.
We will be preparing plan drawings, designing the scheme, obtaining Building Regulations approval, specifying and tendering the works to obtain competitive prices from contractors, undertaking the role of Principal Designer under the CDM 2015 Regulations, then overseeing the works on site to administer the contract, including ongoing inspections, snagging and handover, agreeing the contractor’s final account, etc.
