Works are now underway for the first terrace of new-build industrial units at a site in Pendle.
Our role is that of the Monitoring Surveyor / Employer’s Agent, appointed on behalf of the lender.
We carried out a due diligence role and agreed the specification with the developer before the development agreement was put in place. Now that works have commenced on site we be monitoring the standard of work and programme, and we will be certifying drawdown payments until completion in October.
