Lea Hough are pleased to announce the recent legal completion of the 4.43 acre site off Ramsgreave Drive to Applethwaite Homes.  The site was promoted through the local plan process, making its journey towards becoming a housing allocation as part of the North Blackburn development area in the Blackburn with Darwen Local Plan.  Lea Hough competitively marketed the site and negotiated a sale agreement. 

Applethwaite Homes recently received detailed planning consent for 47 homes, a mixture of 3 and 4 bed family homes, which will be directly accessed from Ramsgreave Drive.
