Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors is a leading multi-discipline property and construction consultancy in Lancashire. Our main offices are located in Blackburn and Preston and we cover the whole of the North-West region.
We have a team of twenty staff, with all partners being experienced Chartered Surveyors. Core disciplines include Building Surveying, Valuation Surveying, Planning and Development, General Practice/Property Management, Architectural Design and Project Management.
We maintain a spread of projects across all public and private sector markets, and our strength is in the depth and diverse range of our activity. Our range of clients include commercial companies, schools, academies, PLC’s, commercial landlords, developers, banks, housing associations, rural clients and private individuals.
We are looking to recruit bright and enthusiastic graduates who are seeking to develop their careers as RICS Chartered Surveyors and/or RICS Registered Valuers. We have an RICS approved Structured Training Plan and will provide APC support. We can offer an exceptionally varied workload in a team atmosphere.
