Lea Hough was proud to sponsor the Endeavour Learning Trust Awards 2026, held at Park Hall Hotel, near Chorley.
The annual event recognises exceptional achievements and contributions by both staff and students across the Multi-Academy Trust’s schools. Representing Lea Hough at the event, Partner Michael Harrison presented the People Centred Award.
Lea Hough has supported Endeavour Learning Trust as its retained Building Consultants for more than 10 years, developing a strong partnership with the Trust and providing consistent professional advice across its estate.
During this time, Lea Hough has played a significant role in helping the Trust manage and improve its estate in accordance with the Department for Education’s School Estate Management Standards, supporting the trust in maintaining safe, compliant and fit-for-purpose school buildings. We have also carried out condition surveys when the growing trust has acquired more schools across Lancashire and Merseyside.
The firm has also assisted the Trust in securing significant capital investment through the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF), helping to identify priorities, develop robust applications and secure funding for essential improvements across its school buildings.
This longstanding partnership has enabled the Trust to take a proactive and strategic approach to estate management, ensuring that capital resources are targeted effectively and that improvements to the school environment support the Trust’s wider objectives for its pupils and communities.
Commenting on the event, Michael Harrison said:
“It was a pleasure to attend the Endeavour Learning Trust Awards and present the People Centred Award on behalf of Lea Hough. The awards are a fantastic way of recognising the achievements and contributions of staff and student across the Trust, and we are proud to continue supporting Endeavour Learning Trust through our longstanding role as retained Building Consultants.”
