This places us in an advantageous position to share our experience with schools – helping them with ideas and coming up with a way forward that meets their needs whilst also delivering on long-term sustainability and the growing need to meet energy efficiency goals.

Any work required at a school requires compliance at many different levels; from legal statutory duties, such as Planning Consent and Building Control, to Landlord Consent and compliance with the school’s Academy Order.
Rather than seeking quotes directly from contractors, academy school clients find that by appointing us to act as Project Manager, all of this is taken care of diligently and professionally.
We can also assist with Valuations of school estates, Planned Maintenance Surveys, and Good Estate Management (GEMS), all of which can help schools to establish the areas where building improvements are required and the best way approach to tackle these.
On a wider basis, many schools appoint us as School Building Consultant to be at hand to advise on an ongoing basis.
