Will is an RICS qualified Commercial Valuation Surveyor who covers a range of services relating to professional work such as commercial property valuations, valuation reports, rent reviews and lease renewals.

- Insurance Reinstatement Valuations

Will is an RICS Registered Valuer and has achieved the Associate qualification with the RICS.
Will has gained a variety of experience by undertaking different aspects of Valuation Surveying, for a mix of different clients and property types. Will’s work mainly tends to be focussed on commercial property.
Career overview:
Prior to joining Lea Hough, Will completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate and Property Management at Leeds Beckett University, in 2023.
Having qualified as an RICS Registered Valuer, Will is now working towards becoming a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, via the RICS’s Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) route, with support and guidance from his colleagues at Lea Hough Charted Surveyors. Will is following the firm’s Structured Training Plan.
When not in work:
When not socialising, Will enjoys playing Sunday league football, is an avid supporter of Manchester United FC, and Wigan Warriors rugby league team. He also enjoys travelling, with Fiji being his favourite place to date.
