Lea Hough are advising the landowners at Bank Hey, Blackburn and last week were involved in a public consultation. The potential development land at Bank Hey, Blackburn, is one of the largest strategic residential allocations in the borough.
The public consultation was attended by around 175 people, many of whom were keen to express their views on the development plans. With the potential for up to 650 units across the site at Bank Hey, which is located just off the M65 at Earcroft, would be one of the most significant new housing schemes in the region if approved.
The masterplan for the development will be submitted to the Council early next year for adoption and development parcels will be marketed in due course by Lea Hough.
