Our Building Surveyors are monitoring the construction of a new-build office building at Euxton, Lancashire. Our team prepared all design drawings, obtained planning permission & building regulations approval. It is the second of a pair of 3-storey office buildings. The first property was completed in 2015 & it is now occupied by a tenant. The new-build is due for completion by May 2016.
