School Building Consultancy

Lea Hough is one of the few firms of Chartered Surveyors in the North West that has developed a specialism in the education sector. Our team have advised many academy schools, free schools, sixth form colleges and small Multi Academy trusts on sources of funding, in particular managing the preparation and submission of funding bids for CIF, SEEF, SALIX, SCA and other rounds of funding that may be available. We have a strong track record of success in helping schools to obtaining funding via these routes.
