It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden death of our much respected and loved partner, David Bailey.
He was an outstanding colleague and brilliant friend to all of us.
Having completed a Law Degree at Manchester University, David joined Lea Hough in 2007 and undertook a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Property Management before qualifying as an MRICS Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He became a partner in 2013.
David was a very talented person, dedicated to his work and his clients. His unswerving honesty and integrity resulting in him being respected by everyone with whom he had dealings.
His gentle, friendly, unassuming nature, coupled with a great sense of humour ensured he was popular and loved by all. David had a keen interest in all sports and in particular was a regular golfer.
David leaves his beloved wife Catherine, parents Richard and Caroline, and many many friends. He was also Daddy to his beautiful daughters, Amelie and Ella, very sadly no longer with us, whom he loved and adored. He made a promise to them to live his life to make them proud and most certainly did.
He will be greatly missed and we send our thoughts and prayers to his family.
