The team at Lea Hough are boosting their donations to charity this year in light of the Covid pandemic.
In previous years, Lea Hough have sent out calendars featuring local scenery to clients and professional contacts. However, due to Covid and the difficulties presented by posting out to work addresses, we decided to increase our annual Christmas charity donation instead. To this end, we will this year be making donations to two charities rather than one.
The two charities, which were chosen by Lea Hough’s team, are Derian House Children’s Hospice, in Chorley and Ronald McDonald House in Manchester.
Paul Dignan, Partner, said:
“This year has been challenging for us all in many different ways. However, there is always room to spare a thought for others. The ability for charities to fundraise during the current climate has been severely restricted, yet they still need the same income to be able to provide care and support to families. We hope that the donations we make will go some way to assisting these two inspiring children’s charities.”
Approaching the end of the year, we’d like to take the opportunity to thank all of our valued clients for their support during 2020.
Our team are looking forward to the Christmas break, even if it may not be entirely ‘as normal’. Our offices will close at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday 24th December and reopen at 9 a.m. on Monday, 4th January, 2021.
We hope that all of our clients and contacts are able to enjoy the festive season with the hope of a brighter and better New Year ahead.
