As a Graduate Building Surveyor, Connor’s role involves working independently on a wide range of property related matters and he also assists Chartered Building Surveyor colleagues on larger construction projects.
Connor’s role is focussed on maintaining and improving buildings for various commercial clients and property owners. His role within the Building Surveying team covers a variety of tasks as he gains further experience to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.
Connor is working towards completing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor by following Lea Hough’s structured training programme.

Area of expertise:
Connor likes to put his knowledge of building construction and pathology to the test and undertake inspections of building works during ongoing maintenance contracts. He also assists his Chartered Surveyor colleagues in undertaking project management, and preparing drawings and specifications for larger projects.
Connor joined Lea Hough after graduating from Northumbria University in the summer of 2019, with a BSc (Hons) course in Building Surveying.
Prior to working at Lea Hough, Connor worked in sales and management before becoming a surveyor.
When not in work:
Outside of work Connor has a keen interest in sports and music. Connor can play a number of instruments and is an accomplished piano player. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys long walks and is a season ticket holder at Blackburn Rovers.
