Andrew has recently joined Lea Hough’s Planning and Land Development team, bringing with him over twelve years’ experience in the development industry.
Much of Andrew’s role involves identifying potential development sites then working with landowners to secure optimum planning consents, followed by subsequent disposals. He works with a range of clients including public bodies, private companies and individuals.
His role also includes a wider range of development services, including land appraisals, valuations and advice on all types of development matters ranging from single plot schemes to large strategic mixed-use sites.

Andrew has an in-depth knowledge of Planning and Land Development.
Acting for various private landowners Andrew seeks to unlock the development potential of land by understanding the land and planning constraints and processes that need to be considered. He will then advise the most effective strategy in order to realise this potential.
Andrew has been working in the land development industry for twelve years and has worked in both the public and private sector. He commenced his career as a Chartered Town Planner and has since expanded his role to include Land Management and most recently with Lea Hough as a Senior Planning and Development Surveyor. He has a wide range of experience in both the rural housing market and urban residential market.
Andrew is a Chartered Town Planner with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). He also has a BA degree in Geography and Town Planning, a Master’s degree in Town and Country Planning.

Andrew will be found spending time and having fun with his young family.
