Lea Hough will ensure the right agreements are pursued in the best interests of the client. Where there is planning risk, these can take the form of an option or a promotion agreement, made between a landowner and a potential purchaser. The site will then be supported through the relevant planning process, followed by an application funded by the purchaser which, if successful, leads to the sale of the land.

Alternatively, Lea Hough will look for ways to deliver sites via conditional contracts, actively seeking and negotiating with purchasers/developers to achieve best value in the most appropriate timeframe.
