We’re delighted to announce the latest addition to the Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors team, Elliot Pascoe, who has joined us as a Building Surveyor based at our Blackburn office.
Elliot brings with him a strong background in Building Surveying, with over 10 years of experience in the property and construction industry. He graduated in 2014 from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) with a degree in Building Surveying and has worked across both consultancy and private practice roles since then. His career began at a project consultancy firm, where he spent six years developing his skills in delivering and managing building-related projects. More recently, Elliot worked at Rapleys, a large firm of Surveyors in Manchester, where he spent the last three years working on a variety of commercial and public sector schemes.
In his new role at Lea Hough, Elliot will be involved in a wide range of Building Surveying duties, including the specification and project management of construction works, preparation of schedules of condition, and handling dilapidations matters. His work will primarily focus on schools and commercial property clients – two key areas for our Building Surveying team.
Elliot is currently working towards achieving MRICS Chartered status.
Commenting on Elliot’s appointment, Michael Harrison, Partner at Lea Hough, said:
“We’re excited to have Elliot on board, and we feel that he is a great fit to strengthen our team. He is very capable and experienced and he has already made a great start to his work with us.
“It’s very pleasing that we can attract good, experienced surveyors who have been at city centre practices such as Rapleys. We can offer great quality work, and we really feel that we are an attractive alternative for surveyors who become disillusioned with travelling to Manchester city centre each day, and working for bigger corporate firms.”
Elliot’s appointment is another positive step in our ongoing strategy to steadily grow our team and enhance the expertise we can offer to clients.
