We are looking to recruit bright, articulate and enthusiastic GRADUATE BUILDING SURVEYORS who are seeking to develop their careers and become Chartered Building Surveyors.
Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors is a leading property and construction consultancy in Lancashire. We are a multi-discipline independent firm with a team of over twenty staff. Our core disciplines include Building Surveying, Valuation Surveying, Planning and Land Development, Architectural Design and Project Management.
Our experienced Building Surveying team provide the full range of Building Surveying services across all types of property.
We cover a diverse spread of work for a range of fabulous clients from commercial property investors/landlords/tenants, rural estates, new-build developers, housing associations, dioceses and private individuals. As well as this, we have a specialism in the education sector and we have a large client base of schools, academies and colleges.
As part of our gradual, continued growth, we are keen to recruit Building Surveyor graduates who are keen to progress quickly to become MRICS Chartered Building Surveyors.
We are seeking high calibre candidates, ideally with RICS accredited degree qualifications.
Candidates should possess the following qualities: strong work ethic, good communication skills and a high standard of written English and a desire to progress. Local knowledge of the Lancashire/North West region would also be advantageous.
We will provide full support through the RICS’s Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), following our Structured Training Plan that is approved by the RICS.
We have a track record of successfully training and supporting graduate surveyors through their APC process, with several of our surveyors having qualified as AssocRICS and MRICS Chartered Surveyors whilst working at Lea Hough in the last few years.
