Tony Lea

Role involves:

Tony looks after a broad spectrum of clients and undertakes surveys and valuations of residential and commercial properties, ranging in value from £50,000 to over £1 million.

He focuses on providing valuation advice for a variety of corporate and financial clients, lending institutions and local authorities, in respect of both disposals and acquisitions throughout Lancashire and beyond.

Tony’s focus is on the surveying and valuation side of the business from the Preston office, undertaking a variety of survey services for a range of clients.

Tony also looks after property management services from office buildings through to business parks and industrial/mixed-use developments.

Tony qualified as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor in 2000, and was a Partner of the firm from 2004 until 2018.

Tony joined the practice over 25 years ago establishing it as a family businesses by joining his father, founding partner Bernard Lea.

Tony has been a Partner since 2004 having qualified as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor in 2000.


When not in work:

Tony is a self-proclaimed anorak with a love of all things historical especially castles. He is also a season ticket holder and avid follower of Preston North End and enjoys listening to music.
