Lea Hough has extensive experience of full building design and project management of all types of development and construction projects, right through to sign-off and handover of buildings.

Once Planning Permission has been obtained, we can develop projects and take them forward on behalf of our clients, and work with contractors to deliver the finished housing or commercial project on sites as well.

Typically our role would involve preparing more detailed construction drawings, all designed to meet current Building Regulations Standards; submitting a Building Regulations application and obtaining statutory approval.

Then the team can prepare a full Specification/Schedule of Work and oversee a tender exercise, to obtain competitive tender prices from suitable local and specialist contractors; and then project manage the works from start to finish ensuring quality workmanship and that all specifications are met.
