Lea Hough is delighted to welcome Gary Newton to the team. Gary, a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience, works across all aspects of Building Surveying, including condition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, feasibility studies and the procurement of refurbishment schemes. Gary will assume a senior role within the Building Surveying team and will operate across both residential and commercial work from our Blackburn office.
Making the move to Lea Hough from a Manchester based firm of building surveyors, Gary is from Rossendale and therefore has extensive knowledge of the Lancashire property market. Also with project experience across public and private sectors, including housing schemes, retail and education, Gary will be a welcome addition to the team.
