Chartered Surveyors Clitheroe

Set in the glorious Ribble Valley in the heart of Lancashire, Clitheroe is a bustling market town with excellent retail, tourism and business opportunities. The historic market town caters for everyone from shopping to entertainment, family days out to spectacular restaurants and nightlife. Clitheroe is surrounded by some of the most picturesque and unspoilt Lancashire countryside.  It is overlooked by the magnificent Pendle Hill, famous for the Pendle Witches. It is also close to the Forest of Bowland which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and is a breeding site for Hen Harriers. Clitheroe is often used as a base for tourists visiting the area. The town’s most notable building is Clitheroe Castle which overlooks the town, said to be one of the smallest Norman keeps in Britain. Other nearby attractions are Whalley Abbey, Stoneyhurst College, Stocks Reservoir and Waddington Fell.
